Install the Laser Module

1.1 Prepare these parts

Laser Module, M3*8 bolts X 2 Pcs, 20M3 T-Slot Nut X 2 Pcs, Allen key (2.5mm), 2PIN PWM
Connecting cable.

1.2 Install the Module Driver Board

Inserting 20M3 T-Slot nuts on the top beams on the frame, AS shown in the figure below.

1.3 Connect the PWM cable and 12V 5A power supply：

Pay attention to the correct position of the PWM connector.

1.4 Install the module and fix the focus positioning column.
1.4.1 We recommend that you use the offline controller to drive the Z-axis motor, lower the spindle clamp
to the lowest position, which touched Z LIM-switch.

1.4.2 Loosen the M4 screw (Red Frame) and insert the Module.

1.4.3 We use the focus positioning column, the height is 20mm, and 20mm length of the laser
head refers to the distance between the end face of the radiator and the engraving material.

According to the thickness of different materials, the distance between the laser head and
the material needs to be adjusted so that the distance between the radiator and the material
is always 20mm, AS shown in the figure below.
