(physical and non physical environment) why you want to be part of that

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

 Structural Job Characteristics: Structural characteristics are defined by job


performance expectations, such as job scheduling, the consequences of making
a mistake, latitude of independent decision making, and whether the job is largely
unstructured or requires a lot of repetitious tasks.

 Clean and comfortable office: Working in a clean and comfortable office can have
tremendous effects on the interactions among colleagues. Even if your office
does not get the sunlight, try to make an effort to provide a relaxing atmosphere
with comfortable furniture, working equipment and add a few work lights to make
it brighter.

 Interpersonal Relationships: All jobs require some type of contact with others, but
the nature and frequency of this contact varies from job to job. Work conditions in
this category may include working with customers, making "cold calls" by
telephone or in-person, working with people who are hostile or potentially
dangerous, regular public speaking, answering phones or responding to email.

 Emergency Standards- Portable fire extinguishers can be an effective early

contract. These agreements are usually binding and employers should expect to
be held to contract terms that define work hours, physical work conditions and
expectations regarding work responsibilities and tasks.

Comply with workplace condition laws and regulations can result in fines, lawsuits
from injured or disgruntled employees and bad publicity. Understanding your
responsibilities, and exceeding them, can protect your business against legal trouble.

 Avoiding Discriminatory Language and Biased Ad Distribution

While providing an accurate description of working conditions is important both for


making a good hire and. protecting a company against possible legal issues, it is also
important for small business owners to discern between language that accurately
describes a work environment and that might reflect discriminatory hiring practices.

Why you want to be part of that company?

I want to be part of the company because the company has a physical and non-
physical environment that will benefit to us and will be good for us. In company, it
is very important that they will treat their people fairly and give the right benefits
that employees deserve. Taking care of their employees health also is very
important and the workplace safety for them to work comfortably or feel
comfortable during work.
