Pokedex: The feeling of this pokemon is known to cause changes to the weather. When it’s
happy it will be sunny and when sad it will cause deadly storms that can’t be stopped.

Reason they have Electric types: When this pokemon made its way to the Olympin Region it
lived in a place where it would strom often and the lightning bolt would strike there cloud
wings. A Lot of the ancient swablu and Altaria died because of this. Until one day the
pokemon could store the electricity in there clouds, this storing cause their clouds to turn
grey and in later generations they were able to use the electricity they stored in their wings
