5. How do you handle the stress of the job?

I always feel happy with my work profession, but sometimes I also feel stressed and how to handle it
in a way. Quiet for a moment to the room thinking about things that make me happy and listening to
songs while sleeping

6. Are you comfortable working with other doctors and nurses?

Yes, I feel comfortable because working with them strengthens the sense of cooperation between
teams, and also the power to be able to acquire new knowledge from various professions in the field
of health.

7. What do you find is the hardest part about being a nurse

We have to provide the best health care for patients, we have to balance empathy and
knowledge
Because the nursing profession prioritizes dedication rather than profit, we must also have
a strong mentality because later we will be faced with jobs that require us to stay up late or
overtime, us
also need to learn good and effective communication with patients,
The hardest part for me when being a nurse is when we are required to be professional, no
matter a nurse in a messy heart condition, or a lot of thoughts, we will always be required to
be professional in serving patients and hiding everything like the problem

8. Why are you best nursing candidate for this position?

Because Being a nurse in general can help many people, can take care of others, for their personalities
so that we are more aware of our health too, can choose what is healthy and what is not, and it has
become my family's dream.
9. Tell me about youre self

My name is Aom Al Karom. I was born on 02 April 2001 in Tasikamalaya, the third of four children.
Imas mother's name and Asep father's name. I am currently studying at Stikes Bakti Tunas Husada
majoring in nursing because my goal is to help people around with the knowledge I got during my
studies and hopefully I can make my parents proud of the knowledge I got.

10. Why are you leaving your current position ?

Because the distance is too far to go by public transportation, and I have to immediately find a
workplace close to home so that I can look after my mother.
