In line with your designated position as Secretary to the Office of the Campus

Administrator, you are hereby expected to do the following:

 Receives all incoming communications may it be memoranda,


circular , advisory and the like and inform immediately the
campus administrator for possible action;
 Facilitates issuance of office memoranda and other office
communications ;
 Keeps office records in ISO style;
 Acts as Secretary during the Middle Manager’s meeting;
 Prepares quarterly reports in power point for ManComm
presentation;
 Prepares message the moment the Campus Administrator is
invited to speak;
 Prepares quarterly physical report to be submitted to VPRED and
System Budget Officer;
 Prepares Annual Physical Report to be submitted to the VPRED
and System Budget Officer;
 Prepares PPMP for the next fiscal year;
 Prepares consolidated Campus Action Plan
 Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Campus
Administrator or by the University President.
