Political Dynasty

It is known that in any government regime and hierarchy, the practice of political dynasty takes place
and became a widespread issue of political advantages, power, blood, and popularity. In the country,
political dynasty enabled political families to continue on being in the position to serve and have the
capacity to be voted by the people.

Pros – in a democratic ideology, political dynasty can be an advantage based on origin and consistent
growth of the country with the power of the blood that is serving throughout the years. It is visible for
political dynasty to surge on democratic countries as it has the support and capabilities to foster and
develop. In a historical perspective, political dynasty evolved and continue to function on parliamentary
ideology. It is evident that it helped the country to reach to a point where the people don’t have to vote
and carry out people power, instead by the virtue of the leaders with their blood to constantly hold the
position in politics.

Cons – there are opportunities wasted and neglected with political dynasty. The people don’t have the
chance to see what other leaders are capable of and sometimes they can’t prevent the vision of the
family, maybe on self-interest or increasing the power on the land. It is a disadvantage depending on the
functionality and governance, since political dynasty creates a way for the politicians to rule their power
beyond their own hands and intertwined this connection to raise their own blood to enter politics.

I don’t support the effects of Political Dynasty, since it destroys the chance for the people to see
different leaders with potential and vision for their governance. Political dynasty is a practice that divide
the people and make the leaders stronger with their name and blood. It creates an influence that people
cannot determine since the power rule only beyond the hands of the families in politics. It ruined the
chance to see different perspectives and a build a better nation with fairness and equality.

Death Penalty

Death penalty is a punishment for the people who inflict a crime that is gruesome and heinous. It is a
practice of law with various elements and process depending on the culture and what the law provides.
This is the highest punishment a criminal can be convicted. It depends on what grounds and the effects
of the crime that has been done.

Pros – death penalty is a practice that really put justice in its place, it connotes that meaning of “an eye
for an eye” in which the crime that a certain person did is unforgiveable that cause another person’s life
or trauma. This practice enables to lessen the criminals and gruesome crimes since once the criminal act
and violates the law, they will know on what end they will take. Nowadays, there are still conflicts
regarding this matter if it will be continued or abolish. But in the face of the law, people deserve on what
they did.

Cons – death penalty questions the idea of morality of taking peoples live with certain practices. It is
against on moral conduct to use different mechanisms and with the order of the law to pursue death as
a punishment. A criminal deserves to be convicted on its crime and serve its life sentence in prison. This
will ensure that its lifetime will be behind bars and be constricted to enjoy with the life outside of prison.
Life in prison is already difficult to face with the amount of scarcity and resources.

I don’t support death penalty. The law provides what must be done with equal time in prison with the
conviction of the court. People have the time to change and to repent on the crimes they did and the
time they have on prison will reflect on punishment they will take. It deprives their freedom to be with
their families and friends. Death is not an answer to cover the mistakes that has been done.
