b. Ethical issues and principles involved in the case
c. Landmark contribution of the case in bioethics (if any)
4. Written report: same content with oral
5. Individual reflection: one page, not less than 300 words
Read the Universal Protocol for Surgery. Search for any example of an ethical issue in
any surgical procedures, you can use any article ( 10 years old article is the maximum)
or any Medical series you have watched ( US, Korean or any nationality) or an excerpt
of book based on a true story. Write a short reflection based on the following guide
questions:
A. Short summary of the chosen example.
B. What are the possible factors which contributed to any ethical issue identified.
C. Are there measures which could have been done to avoid any issue or
complications which arose from that particular event?
