Enrolment Process
AY 2021-2022 (1st semester)

for IRREGULAR STUDENTS

STEP 1: SIGN IN TO THE STUDENT PORTAL AND UPDATE YOUR PROFILE.


Go to https://student.sanbeda.edu.ph. Sign in to the Student Portal using your San Beda
University – Microsoft Office account.

In case you cannot access your Microsoft Office account, please email
mailadmin.manila@sanbeda.edu.ph to request a password reset.

STEP 2: CONTACT YOUR CHAIR FOR ACADEMIC ADVISING.
Contact your Chairperson for academic advising.

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR PRE-REGISTRATION FORM.
After your academic advising, log in to the student portal and click the Registration button/tab.

Review your pre-registration and assessment. An email regarding billing will also be sent to
your SBU mail account.

You may also download a PDF copy of your pre-registration. Just click the “Export Pre-
Registration/Assessment as PDF” button.

STEP 4: PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

STEP 5: CHECK YOUR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.


After validation of your payment, you will receive an email from the Accounting Office. You
may then log in to the Student Portal to view your Certificate of Registration.

You may also download a PDF copy of your Certificate of Registration. Just click the “Export
Certificate of Registration as PDF” button.

STEP 6: REDCANVAS INVITATIONS
Officially enrolled students (those who already have a Certificate of Registration) are advised to
wait for their RedCanvas invites.

Regularly check your SBU mail account for important announcements.
