Tehsil Kosli, examination under rule 9.7 (7). After hearing the candidate and
Distt. Rewari giving due cognizance to the evidence on record, the Appellate
Committee has decided as below :
Six UMC Cases in 6 Subject IDs have been reported by
different subject experts at TMC. Although change of hand writing
could not be established, it is certain that in all six answersheets
initially for 3-5 pages, questions were left blank or with wrong
answers in small handwriting but afterwards suddenly in all
answersheets there are correct answers in big handwriting with lot of
spaces left between the words as if written hurriedly from some
material with the help of some outside assistance or dictated by
someone, may be through Bluetooth device. Similar pattern in all six
answersheets observed by different subject experts at TMC, cannot
be a coincidence. Hence, it can be concluded that unfair means have
been used by candidate.
Moreover, student has in his own writing stated on 03.04.2021
before the UMC Committee that he would not repeat the same
mistake again and requested for forgiveness.
In view of above, his current performance in all papers be
cancelled under Clause 31 of Rule 9.7 of Examination Regulation of
HSBTE.
