IN-PROCESS INSPECTION (SEWING) PROCEDURE

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: ዓላማና ግብ

To ensure that in-process products are inspected and tested as required at all stages of production
process.
በመስመር ውስጥ ያሉ ልብሶች በሁሉም የምርት ሂደት ደረጃዎች እንደአስፈላጊነቱ እንዲመረመሩ እና እንዲፈተኑ ለማድረግ፡፡
DEFINITION: ትርጓሜ
In-process control: Checks performed during production in order to monitor and if necessary to
adjust the process to ensure that the product conforms to its specifications. The control of the
environment or equipment may also be regarded as a part of in-process control.
በሂደት ውስጥ ያለ ምርት ( የመስመር ውስጥ) ቁጥጥር - ለመከታተል እና አስፈላጊ ከሆነም ምርቱ ከምርቱ ዝርዝር
(specifications) ጋር የሚስማማ መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ ሂደቱን ለማስተካከል ሲባል ፍተሻው የሚካሄደው በመስመር ላይ
በምርት ሂደት ወቅት ነው፡፡ የአከባቢ ወይም የመሳሪያዎች ቁጥጥር እንዲሁ የሂደቱ አካል ተደርጎ ሊወሰድ ይችላል።

METHODS: ዘዴ
In-process products shall be checked/inspected at all appropriate stages to ensure that in- Process
products conform to the requirements.
በሂደት ላይ ያሉ ምርቶች መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ መሆናቸውን ለማረጋገጥ በሂደት ላይ እያሉ በሁሉም አስፈላጊ ደረጃዎች
መፈተሽ / መመርመር አለባቸው ፡፡
QC Inspectors shall perform/carry out necessary in-process inspections which will be reviewed
/supervised by the Manager (QA). Following inspections shall be carried out at in-process stages:
የ ጥራት ተቆጣጣሪዎች (QC) በሃላፊዎች (QA) የሚገመገሙ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ በሂደት ላይ ያሉ ፍተሻዎች (in-process
inspections) ያካሂዳሉ ፡፡ የሚከተሉት ፍተሻዎች በሂደት (in-process stages) ይከናወናሉ -

Check the part in-process to ensure all process accurately done with proper quality If in process
can catch problem easily can repair or replace & less QTY effected Rejected QTY immediately
repair, if it is from the cause of cutting or fabric can report to correct on spot.
ሁሉንም ሂደቶች በትክክለኛው ጥራት በትክክል መከናወኑን ለማረጋገጥ ምርቱ በሂደት ላይ እያለ (in process) ይፈትሹ፡፡
ምርቱ በሂደት ላይ እያለ (in process) ችግር ከተገኘ በቀላሉ ሊጠገን ወይም ሊተካ ይችላል ፡፡ ችግሩ የተከሰተው በቆረጣ
(cutting) ወይም በጨርቁ ከሆነ ሪፖርት አርገን ችግሩ ከመነሻው እንዲፈታ ማድረግ ይቻላል፡፡

 SEWING END LINE 100% INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PURPOSE: ዓላማ
To ensure complete garments properly 100% check and pass without any defects.
ተሰርተው ያለቁ ልብሶችን በትክክል 100% ለማጣራት እና ያለ ምንም እንከን ለማሳለፍ ፡፡
RESPONSIBILITY: ኃላፊነት
QC Supervisor, Line QA inspector, QA Manager.
SAMPLE SIZE: የሚፈተሸው ልብስ ብዛት
100% of complete garments inside & outside,
ሁሉም ልብስ 100% በውስጥ እና በውጭ
METHODS: ዘዴ
Check the complete garments all workmanship, measurement, shading, overall appearance,
Label, safety Etc. Passed goods send to packing for final check and pack, Non confirming
products send to repair with recorded.
ተሰርተ ያለቁ ልብሶችን ሁሉንም አሠራር (workmanship) ፣ ልኬት ፣ የከለር መለያየት፣ አጠቃላይ ገጽታ ፣ ሌብል ፣ ደህንነት
ወዘተ ይፈትሹ :: ያለፉ ልብሶች ለመጨረሻ ቼክ እና ለማሸግ ወደ ማሸጊያ (packing) ይላካሉ ፣ ያላለፉ ልብሶች ተመዝግበው
ለእርማት ይላካሉ፡፡

 FUNCTIONALITY AND SAFETY CHECK PROCEDURE
OBJECTIVE: ዓላማ
To ensure proper safety product utilization of finished production.
ያለቁ ምርቶች ትክክለኛ የደህንነት አጠቃቀምን ለማረጋገጥ።
SCOPE: ግብ
Applies to the Functional activities to all functional items.
ለሁሉም እንቅስቃሴዎች እና እቃዎች (ምርቶች) ተግባራዊ ይሆናል።
RESPONSIBILITY: ኃላፊነት
Director (QA), DGM (QA), Inspector (QA).
METHODS: ዘዴ
QC Inspector shall at first fill in the information such as Date, Buyer, Style #, Q’ty, Line in the
Functional inspection form ready products.
የጥራት ተቆጣጣሪዎች መጀመሪያ ቀን፤ ባየር፤ ስታይል # ፣ ብዛት፤ ላይን የመሳሰሉትን መረጃዎች ፎርሙ ላይ መሙላት
አለባቸው።
ANSI/ ASQC Z1.4- Single Sampling Plan for Normal Inspection, Level-1. AQL is: Critical (0),
Major (1.5) and Minor (4.0) General inspection level shall be followed at the time of this
inspection. QC Inspector shall after words check for the size.
ANSI/ ASQC Z1.4- ተያያዥ ዶክመንቶች: -, Level-1. AQL is: Critical (0), major (1.5) and Minor (4.0).
የኢንስፔክሽን ሌቭሉ የሚወሰነው ኢንስፔክሽን በሚደረግበት ቀን ነው።
FINISHED PRODUCT ያለቁ ምርቶች
 Check all the product to find out any safety issue of the product
የምርቱን ማንኛውንም የደህንነት ጉዳይ ለማወቅ ሁሉንም ምርቶች ይፈትሹ

 FINAL INSPECTION AND TESTING PROCEDURE
OBJECTIVE: ዓላማ
To conduct final inspection and testing to assure that the customer products or services meet all
applicable requirements and verification of documents and necessary inspection and testing
before release of finished goods.
የመጨረሻ ፍተሻ (final inspection) ለማድረግ እና የተመረቱት ምርቶች ወይም አገልግሎት አስፈላጊውን ቅድመ ሁኔታ እና
የማጣሪያ ዶክመንቶች እና ተፈላጊውን ፍተሻ እና ሙከራ ማሟላታቸውን ምርቱ ወደ ደንበኞች ከመላኩ በፊት ለማረጋገጥ።
OBJECTIVE: ዓላማ
To ensure all goods shipped with AQL passed.
ሁሉም ምርቶች በ AQL መሰረት ማለፋቸውን ለማረጋገጥ
SCOPE: ግብ
Applies for all PO and all shipments.
ለሁሉም PO እና ጭነት (shipments) ተግባራዊ ይሆናል፡፡
RESPONSIBILITY: ኃላፊነት
Director (QA), GM (QA), Inspector (QA).
METHODS: ዘዴ
QC Department shall carry out pre-shipment inspection on the completed cartons before
releasing or making delivery from the factory. ‘Pre-shipment inspection form’ as per AQL
የጥራት ቁጥጥር ክፍል (QC Department) ምርቱ ከመላኩ በፊት ወይም ከፋብሪካ ከመውጣቱ በፊት በሁሉም ካርቶኖች
ላይ ኢንስፔክሽን ይሰራል፡፡ የኢንስፔክሽን ፎርም በ AQL መሰረት
Where contractually agreed, third party pre-shipment inspection shall be done.
በውል ስምምነት በተስማሙበት ቦታ የሶስተኛ ወገን የቅድመ-ጭነት (pre-shipment) ምርመራ ይደረጋል።
Only passed/approved by the QC Department finished goods shall be delivered to the buyer
የጥራት ቁጥጥር ክፍል (QC Department) ያሳለፈው ልብስ ብቻ ወደ ባየር ይላካል።
Result Criteria: የውጤት መመዘኛዎች
If the defects found bellow AQL-result will be PASS and if the defects found over AQL – result
will be FAIL
የተገኘው ዲፌክት ከ AQL በታች ከሆነ፡ ያልፋል ፣ የተገኘው ዲፌክት ከ AQL በላይ ከሆነ፡ ልብሱ ይወድቃል (ለባይር
አይላክም)
If result becomes FAIL, then will take necessary corrective action as per the instruction of
management
ውጤቱ ከወደቀ አስፈላጊው የእርምት እርምጃ በመመሪያው መሰረት ይወሰዳል።
