ATTENTION: Ms. Alice dela Cruz

Your company has a great reputation and known to be reliable in any electrical gadgets.
I am a devoted client for almost 3 years, but my recent purchased left me disappointed.

The purpose of this letter is to inform that my latest purchase “XXX LCD Projector” has
a defect in its WIFI feature. Due to its malfunction I would like to request a refund. I
purchased the LCD Projector from Great Electronics in the 657 High Street.

On May 21, 2021, I ordered the latest model of the “LCD Projector” which is the XXX
LCD Projector. After a week of using the XXX LCD Projector I noticed that its WIFI
feature is not functioning. I followed the manual and all, still, no improvements. I am
sure that the damage did not occur here since I took great care of it.

I was deeply disappointed since this LCD Projector costed me about, P 30,000.00. The
copy of the original receipt and warranty receipt of the LCD Projector is attached with
this letter.

I would be grateful if this concern will be resolved before the month ends.

Yours truly,

Dianne Grace S. Barcelo

Dear Ms. Barcelo,

I have received your letter and on behalf of Great Electronics I sincerely ask for forgiveness to
the inconvenience that we have brought you. The item that you have purchased was the latest
model of our LCD Projector which is the “XXX LCD Projector”, the projector was thoroughly
checked before it was handed to us. Also, it was checked before it was displayed and available
in our stalls in Great Electronics in the 657 High Street.

According to the terms of purchased agreement, the company is not reliable for a refund since
the damage of the item was made after it was delivered to the house of the client. I understand
that this is not the respond that you are expecting, but, in appreciation of your patience and
understanding the company will grant you a replacement unit of the same brand and model of
the LCD Projector.

For the trouble that we have caused you, I would like to offer you a limited voucher of P
5,000.00 on behalf of the company. You can use this voucher to every store that you like.

If you require assistance, please contact us via e-mail at great.elec@gmail.com. It will be a

pleasure to assist you.

Sincerely,

Alice dela Cruz

Great Electronics Manager
