transportation.

There are no clinics or hospitals near the housing project.

- Food Needs and Services

The subdivision is relatively far from the supermarket and public market area.

- Education
The only school situated near the property is a primary school.

- Entertainment
The subdivision is distant from the hub of the city.
 How can your housing case study improve based on unaddressed
needs?

Some lots should be made available for commercial establishments in order to provide the
basic necessities of the residents at their convenience.
A clinic must be provided within the vicinity of the subdivision for immediate health
emergencies.
A multi-purpose hall can be provided for various events and celebrations.
A stationed terminal for jeepneys/tricycle must be provided for accessibility for distant areas.

- Location of Parks/Playgrounds
The location of the parks/playgrounds is situated near the creak, causing hazard to the
residents of the subdivision. The need for relocation of the parks/playgrounds is needed for the
safety of the inhabitants.

- Security
The need for street lighting must be provided to avoid burglary, physical injuries ,and other
crimes punishable by existing.
