01 DESIGN CONCEPT SITE ANALYSIS :

The Clark Complex is a Multimodal Transportation that comprise of Bus


terminal/Bus Station, Train Station and a Capsule Hotel. The idea was motivated
from the underlying type of the Clark Airport which was the Mountain Ranges. A PREVAILING

development of contemporary style through the utilization of design
innovations making a mountain like structure for the complex. It will feature a SITE
contemporary design with luxurious interiors and creative architecture. The SUN

There's an available common space wherein it there are provided stalls for the STORM
users and various dining areas inviting all kinds of public activity. There will be a WINDS

bridge that will be bridging between the whole complex to one another and
from the airport. The Capsule Hotel are ensured to established no hindrance or
