Executive Summary
The NFL is the National Football League. The National Football League was founded in

1920 and is now run by Roger Goodell. For our International business plan our group

chose to design a company like never before pertaining to the National Football League.

Our group members are all die hard football fans that would love to go and sit

sideline at every game if it was possible. Being able to experience every emotion and

really connect with the team is our dream. From those tough nail-biting games to the

absolute blow outs, we want to be a part of it. Now the other problem with wanting to be

up close and personal in these games is the money. Not everyone and that is including

ourselves has the money for those premium seats. Another thing is the money for

traveling to these games and the times that they are ran. Introducing Primetime Live you

will now be able to do so. We have created a service that will use Virtual Reality Goggles

that will allow you to watch games in High definition, 360 degrees, and right on the

sideline. You will be able to sit in the comfort of your home, the bathroom, your backyard,

anywhere that your heart desires. Instead of you having to chase football, we have

brought the stadium right into your home.

We have multiple ways of advertising this brand-new company by using

advertisements on Spotify, Sirius XM, YouTube, television commercials and team meet

ups. The total costs for these advertisements will be $450,000. We will also be

advertising on NFL Network, NFL jumbo-tons during games, and Instagram. These

advertisements will be free. This whole promotion will benefit the NFL by increasing the

attention that the NFL receives.


The added attention will increase viewership through virtual reality goggles. As more

people get involved, the NFL will begin to sell more merchandise. As audience increase,

the NFL will have a greater social media following. This social media following will help

promote other events or activities that the organization is planning for the future. All of

this extra publicity will increase profits for everyone involved with the NFL including our

company.

Problem

The reasons for inventing our product and service is to make watching and enjoying
NFL games a whole new experience. In today's world not many individuals or families find going

to football games very fun or enjoyable. Another big influencing factor is that why people want to

go waste gas, money on expensive concessions, and overpriced tickets when they can sit at

home and watch it for free. However, if you are an individual that chooses to watch football

games in the comfort of your home, you are missing an opportunity of a lifetime.

Watching football in your household will never be the same as being right on the sideline

experiencing the adrenaline rush and literally seeing and feeling the action taking place in front

of your eyes. Everyone loves the experience of hearing the crowd roar with joy when their

favorite team scores the game winning touchdown. Our product is also cheaper than regular

NFL football tickets, so you are saving money and are having a better entertainment experience

than actually being at the real game.

Customer Segments

The product we are designing will adhere to a broad spectrum of individuals. Many

people love to watch football but don’t have the time or money to get the full-on field game

experience. Because of this problem we plan on taking advantage of it and bringing this

experience to the people.

We now have a platform that anyone can use for example: traveling businessmen and

women, college students, families with young children, and all die hard football fans ready to
take their game experience to the next level. Since our product is just another way to watch

and enjoy a football game from the comfort of your own home, people of all ages and

experience levels are able to use our product.

However, this product will have a great appeal to the average, die hard football fans

who do not have the time or money to go to the actual football game. Our product will allow for

these people to get an even better football experience from their household than if they were to

go to the actual football game.

Unique Value proposition

Our product is the most innovative technology to date pertaining to the National

Football League. No other sport will be able to put viewers in the location that we will.

These viewers can be sitting in the comfort of their home getting an up close high

definition view of the live game. The way we accomplish this is with the newest

technology called virtual reality.

With virtual reality, you can be a part of the game without even being there. A

360-degree view will make it like you are standing on the field right next to the players.

This will give the person using our virtual reality headset an experience they have never

had before in sports. There is not one company in the market today that will do that or

attempt to try and copy our product and idea.

This is because we have a special contract with the NFL that does not allow
any other virtual reality company to work with the NFL. This means that our product

will have no

competition and dominate the market. With this, our product can only improve to

become an even better experience for the consumer.

Solution

Many people complain that watching a football game from home just isn’t

enough of an experience anymore. However, they also complain that going to an

actual football game is too expensive and at the end of the day is just a lot of time.

This is where our product becomes a game changer.

Our product will give the consumer a better experience than being at an actual

football game while at your household. Our top features will include high definition
viewing that will blow any average HD television out of the water. It will also include an

insane 360-degree range view that will allow you to sit on any 8 points of the field.

Another feature is being able to have player subtitles to really get into the game. Lastly

you can also choose to watch from a bleacher view which will allow you to see the full

game.

The way the virtual reality headsets will work is controlled by an NFL app that

will be located on any streaming devices including Microsoft, Apple, and Samsung’s.

The app that is being created will allow you to switch back and forth through games at

your leisure by just clicking play on your device. Another feature that can be included

at an additional price when purchasing the goggles will be our new and improved 3D

audio headset. The headset will come with multiple cords that will plug into any of your

devices. You can always use any regular headset but with ours will guarantee the full

experience at a whole new level. The sound quality and depth of the headset is like

nothing the market has ever seen before.

Channels

We will be able to reach our target customers by using many different types and

methods of advertising. One of the main advertising methods that we would be using is

the NFL streaming service itself. By streaming a thirty second ad during the Super
Bowl, we will reach an average of 115 Million viewers who have a passion for watching

the nerve-racking sport.

Additional ads will be running during normal NFL games that reach an average of 16.5

Million viewers who occasionally watch the sport. Social media such as Facebook,

Instagram, Snapchat and many more platforms. Using Facebook and Instagram’s

sophisticated personal data

base that has access to what people are interested in, we can simply create an

advertisement and directly target people who watch or are interested in the NFL.

We will be hosting an NFL expo promoting the VR application. We will have NFL

players come from the state we will be hosting the expo at. The NFL players will be

there to help promote the Virtual reality application, while using the players for

marketing purposes we can sell the product and get people to show up to the expo by

getting to get an autograph and picture with the players for every purchase of the

application.
Revenue Streams

At the start of our company’s journey we will be backed by the NFL in order to

grow our following as a new enterprise. In the first year are initial sales will skyrocket

because of our new and improved Virtual Reality Technology. This will be when all of

our customers first buy the actual VR Headset and headphones in order to use the

actual app.

During our second year of sales our revenue will decrease gradually because

once you buy the actual Goggles you will be set. We will not see a big plummet of

sales because during

the first year many people may be skeptical, but after seeing reviews they will not

second guess our product.

After two years we feel that our revenue will drop at an exceptional rate but continue at

a steady rate because of our season charge of subscription to use our application. In

order to keep viewers watching and keep our company from plummeting we will
continue to update and release newer better Virtual Reality goggles as we continue to

research and perfect our product.

Cost Structure

Our product has a chance of really making a name for itself. In the first year

we predict that our sales will be through the roof! In order to follow through with our

plan, the will be the ones who help us market our designs and bring customers to buy

our brand-new product.

At the start of our journey, the Virtual Reality Goggles will be sold for 149.99 as

the starting price. One thing that will complete the experience is our headphones that

can be added onto the order at an additional cost of 129.99. In order to use these two
products together there will be a seasonal subscription charge of 9.99 for you to watch

games live from your streaming device. The reason our subscription cost is so pricey

is to be able to keep up with maintenance and the contract with the NFL.

The NFL has an average of 16.5 million viewers each game and we project that

8 percent of the people will buy our technology. If you calculate that information

correctly that is an initial value of 211,845,876 dollars alone just for headsets sold. Now

if you include the season subscription charge for those 8 percent of the viewers that is

an estimated profit of 14,109,876 dollars. Because of this we estimate to make about

225,966,752 Dollars in the first year not including headphone sales.

The key activities that will be used for this company is the revenue and revenue

growth. Every year, the revenue will be evaluated and calculated from throughout the
year with the sales made. The goal is to keep the revenue at a constant rate and it will

be the guide to show the company’s success.

If one year is shown to estimate at 80 million and the next year is estimated at

the same 80 million, it is a huge step in the company’s plan to be successful. It will

succeed the board’s expectations and the repeated success will motivate more

products to be made and more locations to become dealers. We have accepted that

our company may not be able to grow as much as we wanted it to because the NFL is

such a small part of the world.

After a few years of being successful and showing people that our technology is

really worth the time and money, we plan on opening streaming platforms for all sports.

In order to do this we will have to get the NFL to allow us to work with our sports

organizations like the MLB and NBA. When we do this, it will then increase sales of

Virtual Reality goggles, headphones, and subscriptions. It will benefit our company but

also these organizations because the more the merrier.

Competitive Advantage

Our product and streaming service is directly correlated with the NFL itself; this

puts us above and beyond any virtual reality company out there. Our VR Headsets are

the only ones compatible with the Streaming app itself which will force viewers to buy

our product. There is absolutely zero gain from any company’s even trying to copy us

because the written with the NFL will not allow any third parties to interfere with our

business.

We have a major advantage in the VR industry by having 4K lenses built into the

headset to watch Football games in a crystal clear image, Many other companies that

specialize in the Virtual reality industry currently use 1080p lenses that give the user

less of a live sensation. The lenses in the headset are coated with a Nano anti-glare

film that gives you smoother images. While the film may make the images smoother in

also reduces eye strain over 95% so your eyes never start hurting while watching your

favorite NFL team. Many other VR companies have tried to get and use this Nano

anti-glare technology, but they cannot because we own a patent for it.

This product will be advertised by real NFL players around the United States.

Since we have a contract with the NFL, we get the benefit of using NFL players to

endorsement free of charge. This saves us Millions of dollars on endorsements.

Conclusion

In conclusion our group members are all die hard football fans that would love to

go and sit sideline at every game if it was possible. Being able to experience every

emotion and really connect with the team is our dream. We created this company for

the people that are just as hard football fans as us. Not everyone has the money to do

the things they love and we love football. Together we are striving to make the people

who love football, happier than we are when we see it. We feel if one year is shown to

estimate at 80 million and the next year is estimated at the same 80 million, it is a huge

step in the company’s plan to be successful. It will succeed the expectations and the

repeated success will motivate us to make more products.

We have accepted that our company may not be able to grow as much as we

wanted it to because the NFL is such a small part of the world. That really isn’t our plan

anyway. This company isn’t all about the money but it is about the customer experience

and improving the world of football itself. Being able to watch your favorite team face off

is one of the greatest feelings in the world and if you love the game then we do too.

Our product is the newest and greatest technology to date. We offer high definition

viewing, with 360 degree views, and multiple field views. With our increased visibility for
the viewer, our goggles now give a completely redesigned, never seen before

experience of football.

Appendix
o During our business design we met with the NFL Network 6 times for 1 hour each time

o As a group we made it an obligation to meet once a day in order to discuss business

ideas, practices, advertisements, etc.

o We also met with Bose in order to use there noise canceling headphones with our VR

Headset.
