INSULATION DETAILS:

Wall and Ceiling panels: Wall and Ceiling panels of the cold room will be
constructed using fabricated sandwich panels formed by expanding polyurethane
within 0.5mm thick white polyester coated galvanized steel sheet. In order to
obtain homogeneous and continuous adhesion between polyurethane and steel
sheets, the panels are effected in press. Panel long sides are joined by means of
molded and tongue and groove. Adjacent sides are drawn and locked together with
special cam lock fasteners, which are formed in place during production. In this
way continuous and homogeneous insulation is obtained together with a double
vapor barrier created by two panels, joints sealed by low temperature flexible
sealant.

Cladding :Polyurethane panel cladded on both sides with 0.5mm thick white polyester coated GI sheet.

Floor Heater :Floor heater with standby system sensor and control will be provided for the freezer floor

REFRIGERATION UNIT DETAILS:

We will supply, install and commission 1 set of BITZER LH84/4FES-5Y (R22) (Make:
Germany) condensing unit along with matching size GUNTNER GACC RX 040.1/2-40.E-
1845983 (Make: Romania) evaporator. Control panel board with safety controls and indicating
lamps, all electrical and refrigeration accessories to operate the machine at the desired
temperature of + 60Cwill be provided.

ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES:
Control Panel Board - Weatherproof IP 54 enclosure
Indication Lamps - 220 V lamps for compressor, heater & evaporator motor
Earth Leakage Circuit - 300 MA tripping rate for each motors
Contactor - For compressor, evaporator motor & heaters
Time delay switches - 0 to 5 minutes adjustable time delay switch for restarting
Digital Control - Automatic defrosting, temperature display & automatic temperature controller

NOTE: Any additional works other than mentioned in the quotation including the below
mentioned shall be under the responsibility of the client.

PAYMENT AND COMMERCIAL TERMS:
Guarantee : One year warrantee from the date of completion.
Completion time : 3 week from the date of receipt of confirmed order with advance payment.
Payment terms : 50% as advance 30% Material at site balance 20% on completion.
