    Proposal for Portable Walk in Freezer/ Chiller

    Details of Work: Option # 1 Modification of a 40 feet Reefer Container Option # 2 Modification of a 40 feet Dry Shipping Container Option #1 Details: It consists of a 40 feet long Reefer Container modified as per client requirement based on External Dimensions of 40 feet x 8 feet x 8.5 feet 03 sets of Insulated wall partitions named Main Entrance, Ante Room, Chiller Room, & Freezer. 03 Nos. of insulated doors Dimension of 3feet x 6 feet covered with all aspects of Door hinges, Vacuum Ports, Door heaters etc. Partition walls consisted of 5 inch thick Polyurethane foam injected in prepainted GI Sheets coated with paint. The Density of PU will have a standard of 40 Kg/m injection. Attached photographs are for reference. Refrigeration Units Details: Original Carrier Transicold Micro Link 7.5 Hp Supplied with Reefer Container modification with Hanging types of Twin Evaporators unit Coolers. One for Low temperature up to -18C & another will hold for 0C to +5C. Attached with the state of art Microprocessor based Intelligent Controllers and other safeties & monitoring switchgear. Price for the Units Rs. 200,000/- PKR Price for Doors, wall portions & other Hardwares 450,000/-

    Price for Electrical Controls Rs. 70,000/- PKR Price for Refrigeration accessories. Rs. 30,000/

    Option #2
    This option plan will be based on modification of a 40 feet Dry shipping container based on all PU insulated walls 06 sided for main shell & 03 wall partitions with Insulated doors. Roof, side walls, flooring, partition walls & doors will be supplied with all standard 5 inch thick Polyurethane foam injected panels assembled with male/female joints interlocking. 01 set of 10 Hp Condensing Unit made Bitzer Germany or equivalent with twin Evaporators made Bohn/ HeatCraft USA or Equivalent. Cost for Insulation work Rs.1200,000/- PKR Cost for 10 Hp Refrigeration Unit with all aspects as Evaporators / lines & unit coolers with commissioning hardware Rs. 1200,000/- PKR
