INTEGRATIVE ESSAY

Wildlife constitutes the animals, birds, insects, etc. that are found in their natural habitat.
Wildlife is considered an important part of this universe. But endangered by hunting and
encroachments on their natural habitat, many species of wildlife are on the verge of extinction.
Thus, there is a need for the conservation of wildlife.

When I was in Junior High School, I became a part of different organizations, and as a Supreme
Student Officer in my school way back then, I advocate in preserving entire wildlife
communities along with their rich species diversity, a holistic approach that's vital to the health
of our planet. Through it, we encourage the studentry to take our concern to the next level. What
we did to contribute in our little way to the conservation of the environment: We stop throwing
candy wrappers, follow the school principle, avoid using plastic straws, and others. We took the
next step and join organizations that go the extra mile to save the only Earth that we have.
Saving nature is at the very heart of what we do as Outstanding Supreme Student Government in
the local of Mainit. For nearly years, we have made it our mission to find solutions that save the
marvelous array of life on our planet by applying the best science available and working closely
with local barangays in our area. As student, I want to continue to support many environmental
and conservation projects, including wilderness preservation, reducing the impact of humans on
the environment, protection of endangered species, tackling climate change, sustainable and
ethical production, promoting a reduction of wasteful consumption and production, and
conservation of the four environments that contain most of the world's biodiversity: coastlines,
oceans, freshwater and forest ecosystems. Education is crucial part of our batch as SSG. Our goal
was to educate the general public on how to live in a way that is friendlier to the environment,
and draw attention to the plight of endangered animals and dwindling natural habitats.
Furthermore, my SSG batch and I, developed several campaigns, hoping to influence
policymakers, into doing more to protect nature and the environment.

Participating in Conservation Organizations in my locality has made me realize that even I, a

student, can make a difference in my community through volunteerism or a career that involves
preserving and conserving the wild animal species in my surrounding.
