A) THE LETTERS
In Unit 6, discus about showing foreign agents. In this unit we cand find out the
types of letters tha we will use in business beteween another countries. And in the letter
there must be a head letter head, inside address, ref, date, salutation, purpose,
complementary close.
Request for a sole agency:
1. Because P Marco Ltd like the quality and competitive pricing.
2. Because P Marco Ltd Have an extensive sales organization and widely knowledge of
local market.
3. Yes, after Mr del grada arrives in London next month, after that he will call Mr Bird Park
for discussion about detailed terms.

B) APPOINTING AN AGENT
1. The agency agreement made in London.
2. The agency will commence on 1 January 1987 and continue for an initial period of three
years.
3. Commission was agreed of 10% on all sales of catering equipment in Italy.
4. If H Bird cancel the contract on 1 Januari 1988, they have to pay demages are £4000 for
each remaining year of the contract.

1. The agency will commence on 1 September 1987 and will run for an initial period of three
years.
2. You will receive a commission of 11 ½ % on egyptian sales.
3. You will render us 3 monthly sales accounts and accept our 3 monthly drafts payment vy
draft.
4. No other tool importants
5. If either party wishes to discontinue the agreement, the agreed damages are 500 for each
remaining month of the contract.
When we have received your written acceptance of these terms, we will draw up a contract for
signature.
We look forward to sucessful co-operation between our two companies.

4) You will maintain a comprehensive range of our product
5) If either party wishes to discontinue the agreement during the initial three years period, the
agreed damageds are $4000 for each remaining year of contract

When we have received your written acceptance of tese terms, we will draw up a contract
