Cooperatively, I am a person with highly developed leadership skills, but a healthy leadership, I am not one of those who
gives orders and ignores, I prefer to get involved and know the processes of each section of the team so that I can
coordinate in the best way and obtain the best results and in the same way I listen and know how to follow directions
according to what I am asked to do and work in order with whoever is assigned to me.
Just like on that occasion when we had a project at the university, which required as a final product a pair of human-
sized wings, made with recycled products, I had to coordinate the female team of the group, at the beginning the
activities were awarded According to the teacher's instructions, but after a couple of days of work I discovered that we
were not being efficient, so I decided to reassign the activities, selecting them according to the skills, qualities and tastes
of each of the members, I allowed myself to get involved with each one of them to get to know them and know in which
area they would develop better, in addition to adapting to the suggestions that each one offered to solve the project, in
the end we obtained the most beautiful, stable wings and a congratulation from the design director for the excellent
team communication and efficiency to deliver the monument.
I think that as someone very adaptive, eager to learn and efficient, since I seek to anticipate in preparation for what is
going to be asked of me in the job I do, so when they require a job I can approach it easily and correctly.
For example, when I worked in Copy Max, before I had only operated a couple of machines in another printing company
and I knew little about the new tools they had there, so as soon as I arrived and after finishing the training I studied the
machines, the commands and I resolved doubts with my supervisor, I learned quickly and so when they asked us for
more than a thousand copies and prints, I was able to solve it easily without errors and without taking waste.
Cooperativamente, soy una persona con habilidades de liderazgo muy desarrolladas, pero un liderazgo sano, no soy de
las que da órdenes y se desentiende de los demás, prefiero involucrarme y conocer los procesos de cada sección del
equipo así lograr coordinarme de la mejor manera y obtener los mejores resultados, como en una ocasión tuvimos un
proyecto en la universidad, el cual requería como producto final un par de alas tamaño humano, elaborado con
productos reciclados, a mi me tocó coordinar al equipo femenino del grupo, al principio se otorgaron las actividades
acorde a las indicaciones del profesor, pero tras un par de días de trabajo descubrí que no estábamos siendo eficientes,
así que me decidí a reasignar las actividades seleccionándolas acorde a las habilidades cualidades y gustos de cada una
de las integrantes, me permití involucrarme con cada una de ellas para conocerlas y saber en qué área se desarrollarían
mejor, además de adaptarme a las sugerencias que cada una brindaba para solucionar el proyecto, al final obtuvimos las
alas más bonitas, estables y una felicitación por parte de la directora de carrera por la excelente comunicación de equipo
y eficacia para entregar el monumento.
43.- ¿Cómo describiría su gerente su trabajo?
Yo pienso que como alguien muy adaptativo y eficiente, busco adelantarme en preparación a lo que se me va a solicitar,
así cuando me requieran un trabajo pueda abordarlo fácil y correctamente, por ejemplo cuando trabajé en Office Max,
antes sólo había manejado un par de máquinas en otra imprenta y era poco lo que conocía sobre las nuevas
herramientas que ahí tenían, así que en cuanto llegue y tras terminar la capacitación estudié las máquinas, los comandos
y resolví dudas con mi supervisor, así cuando llegaron a pedirnos más de mil copias e impresiones pude resolverlo
fácilmente sin errores y sin sacar merma.
