2. Description of the discipline (maximum 150 words)
Pharmacology in the system of higher medical education is one of the fundamental sciences and provides a theoretical basis for the rational use of medicines
in medical practice. Based on the courses of normal and pathological physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology is the link between the biomedical and clinical
disciplines.
Pharmacology has a great influence on the development of medical and biological disciplines. For experimenters, the main value of pharmacological agents
is that they represent a wide range of possibilities for controlling many biochemical and physiological processes.
The progress of pharmacology inevitably influences the development of clinical disciplines. Recent years have been marked by the rapid development of
pharmacology, the emergence of new groups of drugs, as a result of which pharmacotherapy has become a universal method of treating most diseases. Thus,
pharmacology occupies an important place in the system of medical education, so knowledge of pharmacology is necessary for a doctor of any profile.

Average score of boundary controls =
Boundary control 1 + Boundary control 2
Average score of the current control = the arithmetic average of the current scores, taking into account the average score on the SRO, incentive and

Final score (100%) = RC cp x 0.2+Dac x 0.4+IG x 0.4
Rsr-average score of boundary controls
