2. Description of the discipline (maximum 150 words)
"Propaedeutics of internal diseases -1" is the first clinical discipline in which the student receives the initial skills of examining the patient and identifying
diseases of internal organs on the basis of mastering the methods of clinical examination of the patient. In other words, propaedeutics of internal diseases-1 is
the ABC of clinical medicine, and knowledge of the examination of the patient, first of all, knowledge and skills of questioning and physical examination of
the patient, are necessary for the formation of clinical competencies of a doctor of any specialty.
The main condition for the formation of stable knowledge and skills in the training of a doctor is the combination of knowledge of fundamental disciplines
(normal and pathological anatomy, normal and pathological physiology, histology, biochemistry, pharmacology, etc.) with knowledge, practical skills and
skills acquired in clinical disciplines.
When studying propaedeutics of internal diseases, the student for the first time realizes the need and importance of basic disciplines in the formation of
clinical competencies of a clinician, since when examining a patient and diagnosing diseases of internal organs, the clinician must rely on the knowledge of
basic disciplines.

4. Objectives of the discipline
To form students ' skills of clinical thinking, based on knowledge of the pathophysiological mechanisms of the course and outcome of diseases, physical and
clinical laboratory methods of examinations and the choice of medicines in adults with the main clinical syndromes of internal diseases.

and principles of the profession of "Doctor", the structure of medical institutions, types of medical institutions and the basics of organizing their
work; the rules of patient care, as well as the principles of admission and sanitary treatment of patients, selects the rules of sanitary cleaning of
premises and equipment in medical institutions, the principles of communication between a medical worker and patients.

12. Discipline Policy
Requirements for students, attendance, behavior, grading policy, penalties, incentive measures, etc.
1.Wear special SIWthing (robe, cap) in class.

from the moment of receiving it at the dean's office.
4. Missed classes for a disrespectful reason are not worked out. Students who miss classes for a disrespectful reason in the electronic journal, next to the mark "h", are given
a score of " 0 " and deducted penalty points:

5. Attending SIWT classes is mandatory. In case of absence of students on SIWT, a mark "h"is made in the educational and electronic journal.
6. Each student must complete all forms of SIW assignments and pass on schedule.
7. For each practical lesson and SIWT, all students should prepare in a timely and clear manner and take an active part in the discussion of the topic.
8. Be responsible for the sanitary condition of your workplace and personal hygiene.
9. Eating in clasSIWoms is strictly prohibited.

14. In the context of distance learning, the main information platform is the automated information system Platonus (hereinafter-AIS Platonus). The main monitoring of the
educational process is carried out in this system. Students can complete tasks only in the AIS Platonus. Additionally, it is possible to use online classes using the electronic
platforms Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, etc.
15. When conducting an online session in the format of distance learning, the attendance of students is taken into account on the basis of a video broadcast from the account
of each of the students. In the absence of constant visual contact with the student by means of the platform used, the teacher records the skipping of the lesson by the student
for a disrespectful reason.
16. When conducting an online session in the format of distance learning, the student is obliged to observe visual and speech etiquette, namely, to comply with the
requirements for a neat appearance, not to perform actions that may lead to distraction or disruption of the course of classes.

of DOT).

13.2 GRADING POLICY
1. The lesson uses several forms of knowledge control. The average score is given to the journal.
2. A student who has not scored a passing score (50%) on one of the types of controls (current control, boundary control No. 1 and / or No. 2) is not
allowed to take the exam in the discipline.
3. The final rating admission to the exam in the discipline must be at least 50 points (60%) which is calculated automatically based on the average
score of the current control (40%) + the average score of the boundary controls (20%).
