RE: Review of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be entered into by

and between Department of Health Center for Health
Development - SOCCSKSARGEN Region (DOH CHD-
SOCCSKSARGEN REGION) andd Dr. Jorge P. Royeca City Hospital
LGU - General Santos City (LGU-GSC) re: Transfer of Funds for
Payment of AHDP and SRA

This office, upon review, finds the attached Memorandum of Agreement

(MOA) to be in order and not contrary to law, morals, public policy, and
public order. Hence, the Honorable City Mayor may enter into this agreement.

Further, it is recommended that the same be endorsed to Sangguniang

Panlungsod for the issuance of a resolution authorizing the Honorable City
Mayor to sign the subject document.
