what do you think is the biggest problem?
Answer: Yes, there are traffic, parking and pollution problems, there is a lot of
inresponsibility in this regard on the part of the authorities and the public.
I believe that the biggest problem is pollution since it is very common to see
garbage in the streets and in public establishments, there is a lot of appropriation
by public and private companies of natural places and a lot of lack of empathy on
the part of the citizenry.
