THE EVERETT MESSERLE FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

Everett Messerle was a local dairy farmer and businessman who felt that the
best investment that a community could make would be in its young people.
Mr. Messerle served on the Coos Bay School Board for many years and
advocated for quality educational programs. After his passing, the
community named the Coos Bay Schools Administration Building in his
memory and members of the community created a memorial scholarship in
his family’s honor.
