The Jeff Tofflemire Memorial Scholarship

JEFF TOFFLEMIRE

Jeff Tofflemire was born and raised in Coos Bay. He graduated from Marshfield
High School in 1977, two years later than expected due to a critical motorcycle
accident that occurred during his sophomore year. He was able to graduate due to
his desire and perseverance, the dedication of his teachers and the help of fellow
students at Marshfield. Jeff enjoyed the simple things in life and taught others
around him to appreciate every moment. As this year’s recipient of the Jeff
Tofflemire Memorial Scholarship, it is the hope of his family that you will follow
Jeff’s example of laughing at every opportunity life presents.
