- Usually ending in a happy ending, plot twists are rarely found
Functions of Children's Literature:
- To allow children to explore their world
- To encourage children to have a better understanding of themselves in
order to become more creative and emotionally intelligent
- To expose children to different cultures, personalities, and differences in
general so they can respect them
