    POLAR BEARS

    Due to the ongoing and potential loss of their sea ice habitat
    resulting from climate change, polar bears are listed as a threatened
    species in the US under the Endangered Species Act in May 2008.

    BENGAL TIGERS
    Bengal tigers are hunted illegally because their skin and body parts
    are considered useful for traditional Asian medicine. Besides, Bengal
    Tigers also face population fragmentation, habitat loss, and
    destruction of their usual prey.
