AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

We, the undersigned, have been designated to act as

agents to sell a certain property, owned by Estela Capinpin,
located at Pisaan, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, consisting
of 48,689 sq. meters.

That the three (3) of us have mutually agreed to

split/divide equally, any amount in excess of the selling
price accepted by the owner.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this 30th day of December 2013 at San
Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
