AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ;

This Agreement is entered into between:

RAYMART D. SUICO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Brgy. Hubang, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, herein
referred to as the “DEBTOR”;

and

NATIONAL GUTHRIE ESTATE INC. MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE

(NGEI-MPC) represented by RODOLFO M. URSOS and EMILY M.
UNDANGAN, having its principal place of business located at
Brgy. 5, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, herein referred to as
the “CREDITOR”, both of whom agree to be bound by this
Agreement;

WHEREAS, the DEBTOR owes the CREDITOR the amount of

Thirty Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight (P33,258) (the
“Deficiency”); and

WHEREAS, the DEBTOR and the CREDITOR desire to enter

into an agreement whereby the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR
the sum of the Deficiency on a payment on or before November
15, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, the parties hereby agree to the following terms
and conditions stipulated hereunder :

1. That aside from the Deficiency, the DEBTOR shall pay

his MICRO and SALARY loan every 15 th and 30th day of
the month to the CREDITOR until the loan is fully
settled;

2. That this agreement shall be in effect upon signing –

up the this agreement;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this 4th day of October 2017 at San
Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
