AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

This Agreement is entered into between:

ORLANDO P. ORCULLO, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, herein referred to as
the “BORROWER”;

and

RICHARD TANTUS, of legal age, and a resident of

______________________, herein referred to as the “LENDER”,
both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement;

WHEREAS, the BORROWER is desirous to enter a personal

loan to the LENDER the amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P700,000.00); and

WHEREAS, the BORROWER agree to pay LENDER the said

amount in monthly terms, payable within _____ years or _____
months ;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, the parties hereby agree to the following terms
and conditions stipulated hereunder :

1. That the BORROWER shall pay his monthly of obligation

of ____________________________ to the LENDER ;

2. That this agreement shall be in effect upon signing –

up the this agreement ;

3. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, and

governed by, the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this _________________ at San Francisco,
Agusan del Sur.
