Synchronous Hybrid Learning Overview

(This document is relevant for students attending classes via synchronous hybrid mode)

 Midterm and Final Term Examinations will be conducted On-Campus.

 Each section of the class is divided into two equal sub-sections.
 Each sub-section will come to the campus in alternate week.
 Class will be conducted by the teacher from the campus.
 A class will be conducted in a manner that one sub-section will be sitting in
the class with a distance and the other sub-section will be attending the same
class online at the same time.
 In order to handle these two sub-sections efficiently list of each sub-section
students will be posted on SSC and students will be informed through SMS.
 The faculty in class will allow only designated sub-section students to come
to class physically in a given week.
 In hybrid mode, any student who wants to attend class online even if his
sub-section has physical class that week will be allowed to stay online.
 But in-case any student decides to come to campus when his sub-section has
online week will not be allowed to come to campus premises and must
attend class online.
 Zoom will be used for all online class delivery.
 Zoom IDs for all faculty will be circulated via SMS by academics dept.
 Recorded lectures by the faculty can be given to students and will be
available online on the faculty’s preferred platform.
 All students must wear mask all the time in campus and follow the COVID-
19 SOPs.
 Students are encouraged to attend class online wherever offered and
whenever possible.
 The campus reserves the right to change mode of conduct of classes from
physical to online and vice versa any time as per advise of the government
and prevailing situation.
