1. Executive Summary:
Young people have lost faith in the opportunities that await them if they are successful in getting their
lives together because of multiple failures in their life and the development of negative behaviors.

Youth need to be in a loving, supportive learning atmosphere that encourages their best efforts and
strengthen mutual respect to achieve this goal. We open the school for youth to promote pro social
relationship, and teach them strong interpersonal skills. Because we believe every child deserves a bright
future regardless of their situation.

3.1 How we will do this?

The goal of the program is to identify youths who are going to have an unstable transition to
adulthood and offer them a positive support system to avoid the risks that can prevent their lives.
The focus is slightly different at each level.

At the elementary school level, mentors try to guide the young person back into the mainstream
of class activity in order to destroy the negative reinforces that can turn student's attention off to
school. With middle school students, helping hands provide mentors that serve as developmental
role models for young people looking for direction. Helping hands have found that group
activities can serve as a powerful reinforcement of hopeful behavior.

5. Financial sector:
We start this school by the investment of Rs 100,000. and we expect to raise enough money
through regular ongoing donations to support the needed activities offerings to make this work.

We also ask government to fund our school for the betterment of the youth. We also create a web
portal for online donations.

6. Conclusion:

At last I would conclude it with a famous Quote of Franklin D. Roosevelt That

“We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future.”

Helping hands are working to build the youth for the better future of our country.
