attract a surcharge of INR 50 per 500 Gms.
Other Charges:
RTO (Return to Origin): Chargeable as per the above applicable freight rates along with other applicable charges

Reverse Pickup Service: INR 55 per Airway Bill over and above applicable Freight Rates and other applicable charges.

Reverse Pickup with Quality Check (QC-RVP) Service: INR 110 per Airway Bill over and above applicable Freight Rates and other charges. RVP-QC -Charge shall
apply if the service is performed and no matter the QC parameters get pass or fail.

Next Day Delivery Services- Surcharge for the NDD services are INR 50 over and above applicable Freight and other charges. This service is available from a set
of origin pincodes to a set of pincodes ( primarily Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru).

OTP Charge: INR 5 per shipment where OTP enaled delivery service request has been passed.
Fuel Surcharge : The fuel surcharge shall be applied as per the rates and terms here under:-

i. Every additional INR 1/Ltr. increase in average diesel price shall entail a corresponding increase of 0.25% in the Fuel Surcharge

Mumbai, Kolkatta,Chennai,Bengaluru) in the previous month
Service Fees for COD shipments: 2.50% of the collectable or a minimum of INR 50.00 per Airway Bill, whichever is higher, in addition to applicable Freight
Rates and other applicable charges as above.( payments by CASH /UPI and other link based services)

ECOD- Card on Delivery Services for COD Payments - Below Charges- (a) Convenience Fee and (b)Transaction Fee (as applicable), will be levied.
(a) Convenience Fee - INR 50/- (Minimum charge, applicable on all E-COD transactions)
(b) Transaction Fee : As applicable and mentioned in below table according to the mode of payment (Debit/Credit Card) and transaction amount.

Chargeable Weight : Rates shall be charged on the basis of Dimensional Weight or Actual Weight, whichever is higher. Where Dimensional weight shall be
calculated as : L*B*H/5000 in Cms
VCHC (Valuable Cargo Handling Service Fees) : 0.5% on differential declared value per Airway Bill exceeding INR 5,000.00 per kg
Try and Buy Offer Charges : INR 250/- in addition to applicable Freight and other related applicable charges and Taxes
Company Branded Delivery Services : INR 35,000/- per FTE per month with 20 deliveries per day in addition to Linehaul charges at actuals (to be agreed before
start of opeartions)
GST: As applicable shall be charged extra above active charges under this Annexure.
