station (local cantt area) or out of station including driver, fuel, lubricants, toll tax & any other charges wherever applied etc
complete all as specified in schedule 'Notes' and perticular specification for the following items :-
1.1 For daily basis, Two vehicles (one for CWE Ambala and One for GE(U) Ambala) (with valid licenced driver) for 08 Hrs (09:00AM to Per Day 320 1241 397120.00 Rate list
05:00 PM) or 80Km per day for local duty on all working days including Sundays and holidays whenever required complete all as attd
specified in tender documents.
Note:- (i) Running time for each vehicle shall be 08 hours or 80 kms whichever is earlier.
(ii) Duty/day per vehicle will be trated as one day

Notes For Item 1.0 to 1.2
(a) The unit rates of each item of work will be inclusive of all the other charges for the car including toll tax if applied, registration
charges, road tax, insurance charges, maintenance charges, interior decoram of the car, daily washing/cleaning charges. charges
in any repairing/replacement of spare parts, and various other taxes/fines/challans if applicable etc.

(b) Reporting duty place is Office of the AGE E.M-II (WS) under GE(U) Ambala. The record of attendance register, log book, car
diary having kilometer reading for the purpose of the vehicle run and hours of duty shall be submitted to MTO on a daily basis and
it will be recorded after duly signed by driver, Veh using Officer and MTO after which it will be countersigned by AGE E/M-II (WS)
under GE(U) Ambala Cantt.
(c) In case of any breakdown of vehicle during duty,a standby vehicle arrangement within half an hour including its cost, shall be
borne by the contractor, otherwise a penalty of Rs. 3000/- will be imposed.
(d) In case of absence of vehicle/driver on any working day, a penalty of Rs. 500/- per hour will be imposed.
(e) Name plate/Designation of Officer with star box must be available with the vehicle while performing duty, otherwise a penalty of
Rs 1000/- per day will be imposed.
(f) Driver shall be in proper uniform with his name plate as directed by Officer and must have minimum 2 years of driving
experience.
(g) The contractor shall submit copy of all documents of Veh i.e RC, Insurance, PUC certificate etc. and antecedents of driver
deployed
