day basis (minimum 8 hours per day) as and when required at 765 kV Ektuni s/s, Aurangabad.

Dear Sir,
Sealed and firm quotations are invited by the undersigned for providing crane services (14 MTon
Farana type crane with basket) along with driver on per day basis (minimum 8 hours per day) as and
when required at 765 kV Ektuni s/s, Aurangabad, as per the Schedule A attached herewith for the period of
06-months from the date of issue of the order. Terms & conditions mentioned below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-
1. SCOPE OF WORK – Scope of work covers activities mentioned in SCHEDULE ‘A’.
2. VALUE OF ORDER – The total value of order is Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh only). The work will be
carried out as per the instructions of The Executive Engineer, 765 kV RS Dn, Ektuni and supervised by
The Additional Executive Engineer, 765 kV Maintenance Unit, Ektuni.
3. EXECUTION OF WORK - You will have to execute the work in presence of concerned In-charge or his
representative in 765 kV RS Dn., Ektuni.
4. PRECAUTIONS – All equipments in 765 kV, 400 kV and 33 kV switchyards at 765 kV Ektuni sub-
station are in electrically-charged condition. The liability of taking safety precautions and providing safety
equipments lies to you only at your own cost.
5. Submission of Documents:- You are required to submit the following necessary documents along with
the quotation:
a) GST-registration number
b) PAN- number
c) Valid license for crane mounted vehicle from the concerned authority along with registration number.
d) Quotation Should be submitted on letter head with proper Pan, GST, and address details
6. Period of e-enquiry:- The validity of this e-enquiry is for (07) of days from dt.22.01.2020 to
dt:28.01.2020. till 16.00hrs

Note:-
1) The crane will be utilized as and when required for variable durations of time each day
depending on the duration of outage (or other maintenance activity) at 765 kV Ektuni sub-

2) The order value is limited to Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs only) or till the order amount
is exhausted, whichever is earlier.

Note : - 1) The rates should be quoted excluding all other Taxes.
