11.02 The contractor shall be required to deposit the amount of the recoveries

exceed its financial hold, the Nigamn will be at liberty to effect such recoveries

available with other successor companies of erstwhile RSEB/ with other
power generating units of RVUNL.
12.00 CONSUMABLE:

12.01 Althe consumable shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and
consumable such as pipe for washing, cleaning, Brush, Powder, Jute, Old
cotton sharee shall be kept to ready stock by contractor. Consumables like
washing powder, Phenyl Balls, Liquid Soap and Colin etc. required for
cleaning and up-keeping shallalso be provided by contractor.
13.00 TOOLS & PLANTS ETC::
13.01 Alirequired general tools arnd plants for completing the specified work shall
be provided by the contractor, however the major special T&P shall be
provided by the Nigam available for completion of work. Any damage to the
Nigam's tools & plant shall b recovered from the contractor.
14.00 CONTRACT DOCUMENT AND AGREEMENT:

14.01 The order placed under these specifications shallbe governed by terms and
conditions as incorporated in this section of the specification and as given in
the "Work Order" and ie's Annexure(s). The terms and conditions specified in
this section if differ from the terms as indicated in the work order and its
annexure(s), the later shall prevail. The contract shall for all purpose be
constructed according to the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of Baran
cOurt only. For the due fulfilment of the contract, the contractor shall execute
an agreement in triplicate in the prescribed from to be obtained fromn the
