TASK A. This morning a patient called to your dental office because He
suffered an accident during the soccer match, you are going to write a note
about the call.  You have to include patient´s name, the problem that the patient
was experiencing, and what treatment you suggested.

TASK B. At the dental office you are working one of your patients’ needs a
cosmetic treatment. Write a formal e-mail to your patient telling him about the
treatment the patient is interested in, the dentists´ recommendations and how
long the treatment will take to complete.
