Naomi : Good morning.

Mr. Wing : Good morning. Please take a seat, Ms. Haliz. I am Artem Wing, one of
the HRD at Themis Law Firm.
Naomi : Nice to meet you, Mr. Wing. Thank you for inviting me to interview
Mr. Wing : It is my pleasure. So, Ms. Haliz, please tell me a little about yourself
first.
Naomi : Well, I just graduated from Stellis University Law School with a
Bachelor’s Law degree. In my senior year in college, I did an internship
at Law Firm of Baldr for six months. My role was to assist commercial
and economic law attorney. Although it was only a short time
experience, I learned a lot of things from it, such as handling complex
commercial and economic law, bonds with the judges and clerks, how
to deal with clients and prosecutors, how to plan a good writing motion
and briefs.
Mr. Wing : Could you please tell me the reason why you choose to pursue an
attorney career? 
Naomi : Since I have a natural inclination to stand up for people's rights, I
became interested in practicing law very early in my life. What
excites me most is that once qualified, I will have the ability to make
such a change in people’s lives. Those who cannot help themselves
or even those who want a guiding hand through what is potentially a
monumentally difficult time in their lives, I will be able to help.
Mr. Wing : what a great inclination! 
Naomi : yes, thank you.
Mr. Wing : So why are you interested in working at Themis Law Firm? 
Naomi : I would like to work at Themis Law Firm because since its founding,
Themis Law Firm has a legal aid called the "Themis Public Welfare
Fund" that reduces or waives charges and fees to clients that cannot
afford their services and it matched my inclination. I have also heard
great things about your firms, partners, and attorneys.
Mr. Wing : In your opinion, what are essential personality traits a lawyer have? 
Naomi : Passion for the Job, Compassion for Clients, Great Communication
Skills, Willingness to Listen, Knowledge of the Law, Strong Writing
Ability, Creativity, Good Judgment.
Mr. Wing : How about skills, then. What important skills do you think an attorney
should have?
Naomi : Besides great communication skill and strong writing ability. The
ability to work under pressure are the most important. A legal career is
by no means an easy one and you will often be expected to turn around
large amounts of work under tight deadlines being able to stay calm and
focused is critical.
Mr. Wing : Excellent! That was the last question for today. Do you have a question
for me? 
Naomi : When will I know the result of this interview? 
Mr. Wing : I will inform you in no more than a week.
