Boneless chicken tikka biryani

First marinate chicken (i use bone less half kg) with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp yoghurt,salt,2
tsp red chilli, 1 tsp dhania powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,1 tbsp lemon juice,1 tsp crushed
zeera powder,1 tbsp tikka masala and 1 tbsp tandoori masala. .if u want spicy u can add green
chillies chopped too..leave it for 2-4 hours..

now heat oil cook the chicken at medium flame with lid on it..when it's done..give koyla dum for 5
mins..now take out the chicken n add oil in same pan..when it heats add 2-3 onion chopped or
paste wen light golden, add 2-3 clove garlic chopped, add 3 tomatoes chopped+salt+2'3 tsp red
chilli powder+1/4 tsp haldi powder+1 tsp dhania powder n 1 tsp garam masala powder..now
bhonify it..no wow add 6 tbsp yoghurt plus 4 green chillies chopped n 8 10aaloo bukhara to it..wen
oil separates add the dum wall chicken to it..now boil 3 cups rice with saabit garam masala(4
long,1 tsp zeera,8 black peppercorn,1badiyan ka phool,,2bari illaichi,1 cinnamon stick n 1 bay leaf)
,2-3 green chillies n lemon juice..when the rice are half done. .give first layer of rice then masala n
then rice again..now dissolve orange color in 1/4 cup milk n drizzle over and give dun for 15 mins.
