Alex: I'm very good, and you? Marco: I'm also very well thank you Alex: I´m happy for you. Marco: Where did you go on your last holiday? Alex: I went to London. It was great! Marco: How long were you there? Alex: I was there for 5 days. Marco: Did you visit the British Museum while you were there? Alex: Yes, I did. It was amazing all the old stuff there. Marco: Was it your first time in England? Alex: No, it wasn’t. I was in Manchester a few years ago for a conference. Marco: What was your favorite thing about London? Alex: I really liked going to the theatre. London has some wonderful theatres! Marco: Where did you stay at? Alex: I stayed at a hotel in downtown, near Picadilly Circus. Marco: How was the hotel? Alex: It was nice, but a little bit expensive. Marco: Who did you go with? Alex: I went with a couple of friends from the university. Marco: Were they friendly? Alex: No, they weren’t. But sometimes people in big cities can be a bit rude. Marco: How did you get there? Alex: We got there by plane, obviously. You can’t drive to London. Marco: How much was the ticket? Alex: The ticket cost 300 dollars round trip. Marco: Did you like the food in London? Alex: We had some very good Indian and Italian food while we were there. Typical English food is a little bit boring. Marco: Do you think you’ll go back someday? Alex: I’d like to go back. But there are so many other places to see! Would you like to go to England? Marco: I've been thinking about it, maybe save some money and go with my girlfriend. Alex: I always advise you to have extra savings in England, things are very changeable. Marco: Thank you very much Marco, I hope you do very well in your next trips. Alex: Thank you so much, I have to go back to university, have a good day! Marco: Take care, bye. Alex: See you next weekend!
