To setup Hours Rules
Need to establish Recurring Period, Time Category, Time Entry Rule

1- To create a Daily Rule - for this definition, need to setup a new Recurring
Period of 1 day.
Time Entry Rules > Recurring Period
created a new Recurring Period called Daily, Duration in Days = 1, Start date
of 26 Apr 2002.

2- Create a Time Category

Main Menu> Time Category
Query the name TOTAL1 - Total1 is the sum of the elements that added together
will be compared to the Time Entry Rule you have defined.
To define the Time Category = Total1
Leave the Category- Blank
Mapping Component - select Dummy Element Context
Value - select the name of the elements which when added together will
be compared to the Max Value defined on the Time Entry Rule.

Ex. Using same example above - Check if work
over 40 hours in a week, the value entered in Reference could be either:
5 days, if period of time working is looking at
over 40 hours in 5 days
7 days, if period of time working is to look at
