DO I PREFER TO BE A LEADER OR FOLLOW A LEADER?

20/08/2021

1
I can do both things without any problem, I can be a leader as well as I can follow a
leader, there are times when I prefer to be a leader because I like things to go well
and to be done as I have planned or in mind, and when I see that things are not
going well and I know it is wrong, is when I get involved and I have to direct people
to do things right, There are times when I do not have knowledge of some things and
I prefer to follow someone to direct us, I have no problem in listening to other people's
ideas, and if it is possible that things go better than I have planned and the other
person's ideas are better than mine, I am always willing to follow him and listen to
him, as long as things go well and have a good planning.

I feel that being a leader is better, because if you have a plan and you have in mind
how you want to do things, everything will go well, in the same way you have the
responsibility to move people, that they follow you, that they share your ideas and
that they listen to you when you give them an indication so that things go well, that
is why everyone must be in tune, have the same goal that everything goes well and
as planned,

A leader not only gives orders, also gets involved in the process of things, in this way
he supervises that thing go well and as planned, there are times when there will be
no plan and things will have to be done improvised, but an order must be followed
so that everything goes well,

from my experiences at school, when we did teamwork and something did not go
well, I had to enter and put ideas or lead the team members, so that each one of
them could do the part of the work that corresponds to him, in this way we could be
all in tune and reach the final objective with good results.

At work, when things are not being done well and I have knowledge of how things
are done, I get involved, I help them, I teach them, and I point out to them where
their mistakes are individually so that they can perform their corresponding activities
satisfactorily, I also try to make sure that things are done well according to the
protocols of the company in which I work, all this so that there is a control and that
the staff does things well and everything goes well at the end of the work shift.
