Please prepare for your inputs to the following needed information based on your respective division and
department. As Chief Officer, ensure that the following data must be provided not later than November
12, 2020. It will be used and part of our Strategic Planning on November 13 and 14, 2020. Your
department/division data are essential in this strategic planning.

2. A Review of the Past

Aspects to look into while thinking of the above inputs:

 Milieu – pertains to the working environment, culture, and organizational structure

 Method – way of doing things (policies, processes, systems, etc.)
 Machines (equipment, devices, gadgets, etc)
 Materials (other physical assets)

 Minutes (timelines/deadlines)
 Measurement (Performance standards/measures)
 Marketing (internal and external communication)
