PLAIN CT SCAN OF CHEST


MSCT imaging was perfomwd using sub-millimeter thin contiguous axial scan of chest without
intravenous contrast. Soft tissue window and lung window images were obtained. Reformatted
coronal and sagittal images were also obtained.

FINDINGS:

No evident patchy ground glass nodules, consolidation or pleural effusion on


either side.

No pretracheal, paratracheal, hilar or paraspinal lymphadenopathy is seen.

Both lung fields appear normal.

No septal thickening, reticular pattern or ground glass attenuation is seen.

No pleural or pericardial effusion is seen.

No evidence of mediastinal mass lesion is seen.

Trachea & main bronchi appear normal.

Visualised portion of oesophagus appears normal.

The bony thoracic cage is normal. No e/o fracture.

IMPRESSION:

No significant abnormality detected.

CO-RADS classification:
CO-RADS 1: Very Low (CT abnormalities consistent with Covid-19 : Average
abnormalities in the lungs or only abnormalities consistent with non-infectious
disease).
