MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and entered into by and between:

QUEZON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, a public secondary school with office

address at Mibando, Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon, represented by its School Principal
Dr. ALEX T. SOLAR, Principal III, as First Party

- and -

OFFICE OF THE 3RD DISTRICT PROVINCIAL CONGRESSMAN OF THE PROVINCE

OF BUKIDNON represented herein by its Congressman, Hon. Manuel S. Zubiri, as second
Party

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the mandate of Quezon National High School is implementing Brigada

Eskwela 2021 that purposely to provide conducive learning environment both for virtual & in
preparation for Face-face classes, promoting the safety and well-being of the students thru
partnership to our external stakeholder (per DepEd Memo # 48, s. 2021) hence, “It takes a
village to educated a Child” we are encourage your high participation with the following
purpose:

1. To make school conducive for learning;

2. To ask cooperation & participation of external & internal stakeholder; and
3. To provide quality education among school children

WHEREAS, as gesture of support to the Quezon National high school, the OFFICE OF
THE 3RD DISTRICT PROVINCIAL CONGRESSMAN OF THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON as
partner/stakeholders of Progress Institution for Brigada Eskwela 2021, has pledge of
commitment to the reflooring of the school covered court and repair of the stage.

Project Description : Construction of one (1) Set Concrete Study Table with Benches
around the school canteen
Estimated Budget : Php 11,000.00
POW & Bill of Materials: Attached Separated Sheet
Target of Implementation: August 3, 2021 to September 30, 2021

WHEREAS, the ownership of the project shall be bestowed in school upon its
completion and execution of certain formalities as part of the Donation in School.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties herein agree to work together for the goal of completing
the construction and installation of Study Table with Concrete Benches around the school
canteen.
