completed all prescribed requirements in Senior High School Program, I
now confirm these 100 candidates from Senior High School graduates of
University Laboratory School in the School Year 2020-2021.

By the authority vested in me by the USM Board of

Regents as President of University of Southern Mindanao and
by virtue of certification given by University Laboratory
School Principal that you have satisfactorily completed all
prescribed requirements in Junior High School Program, I
now confirm these 118 candidates from Junior High School
graduates of University Laboratory School in the School Year
2020-2021.

By virtue of additional certification in

satisfactorily completed all academic
requirements, I now confirm these 115 Grade 7
students, 134 Grade 8 students, 111 in Grade 9
students, and 98 Grade 11 students, PROMOTED
TO THE NEXT GRADE LEVEL of University
Laboratory School, School Year 2020-2021.
