1. Identify the law(s) involved.

2. What is/are the issues involved (Logic). What are the arguments
presented for persuasion?
ISSUE: Does the accused- appellants introduced sufficient evidence
to prove that they are not guilty for principal by inducement?
PERSUASIVE ARGUMENTS:
 The testimonies of the two CICL who admitted to have
committed the crime were incredible and peppered
inconsistencies.
 According to the testimony of CICL .The instruction of accused-
appellants and accused Lily Diego is ‘TO GET’ which is not a
direct command.
 The prosecution failed to adduce evidence to show that the
accused-appellants and accused Diego were actually delivered
the trays of eggs to sell.
 The tray of eggs to be delivered by Castro and the two CICLs
were actually found in the school and not in the place where
accused appellants residing.
 If indeed, they were under inducement of the appellants and
accused Diego, witness CICL Ursua could have told the said
alibi that they were induced by the appellants right there and
then to his mother and witness CICL Sison to his father or risk
getting scolded by their parents.
 Accussed-appellants tried to establish the fact that they were
only implicated in the crime because they or their relatives are
bitter political rivals of the allies of the incumbent mayor(the
husband of poultry owner)

4. From the document present, how is legal writing diferent from usual
writing?
 Legal writing differs to usual writing on its foremost aim which
is to communicate.

Furthermore, Legal writing is persuasive, and advocates


in favor of a legal position

5. State why you want to be a lawyer.


 I want to be a lawyer because I want to be a part in the legal
department of our religious institution.
