WHEREAS, the DOH-TRC Tagaytay City needs to Procure by Framework Agreement the Supply
of Fresh Fruits for CY 2020;

WHEREAS, the DOH-TRC Tagaytay City published the Supply of Fresh Fruits by Framework
Agreement for CY 2020 at PhilGEPS with Reference No. 6623025 last November 7, 2019;

WHEREAS, the financial proposal during bid opening were read as follows:

WHEREAS, on December 02, 2019 the representative of the BAC conducted a post-
qualification procedure and declared the bid of DELOS REYES Trading as
RESPONSIVE;

NOW, THEREFORE, We the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to recommend to the HOPE to award to DELOS
REYES Trading upon approval of 2020 GAA the Supply of Fresh Fruits by Framework
Agreement for CY 2020 being the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid.
