What are your strengths in business writing? What would you like to improve?
I think my strength in business writing is that I can express myself clearly. I want to
improve to demonstrate my knowledge and credibility with a confident tone because
readers will be more likely to respond in the way I want if I project confidence.

How confident would you feel about writing in email that would distribute to the
entire school?
If I would rate how confident I am in writing in email that would be distributed to the
entire school, I would rate it 60% over 100% and hopefully I get to practice more in
writing an email in your subject effectively.

What are your strengths in oral presentations? What would you like to improve?
My strength in oral presentation is persuasion since it is all about using convincing
strategies to market my ideas. Another one is the interpersonal relationship with the
audience where I have the capacity to develop and manage relationships with people to
establish and maintain rapport with them.

How confident would you feel about delivering a presentation to the entire
school?
I don’t think I am confident enough about delivering a presentation to the entire school
because I fear public speaking.
