Task Description Persons Involved Target Deadline

First Meeting The task leaders will create an outline for the proposal committee
and analyze the problems that Puerto Princesa City is medical front liners
facing right now. Moreover, the team will do and marshal
brainstorming to gather possible actions and solutions
for the problems. As we gather opinions from others,
the team comes up with a community pantry and
donation drive for front liners, and project leaders will
be deciding to opt for the donation drive.

Second Meeting The project leaders will distribute the tasks which they Project Leaders
will assign to the task leaders of different respective Task Leaders
blocks. Project Leaders will start the draft of the actual Members
proposal. Also, they will create a poll for the final name
of the donation drive.

Third Meeting Task leaders will give an update on their progress on Project Leaders
their assigned tasks. Project leaders, along with task Task Leaders
leaders will discuss and finalize the drafts of tasks.
Also, they will finalize the name of the donation drive
and discuss the target dates for specific actions that
need to be done for the donation drive.

Community Analysis 1. The officers will define the community in order Officers, Committee,

actions, and also serve a people in which they

priorities in terms of the donation in order to
organize who is the priority for the community
pantry in Donation Drive, "Alalay sa unang
Hanay."
Design and Initiation 1. The officers will establish a core planning group Officers, committee
and committee responsible for planning and
managing the project. The committee shall be
composed of the following: Technical
Committee, Secretariat Committee,
Communication and Public Relations
Committee, Finance Committee, Logistics and
Procurement Committee, Promotion Committee,
and Design and Layout Committee.
2. They will also select a local organizer to help
them carry out the project’s plan. The local
organizer's expertise is critical to the program's
success.

Preparation for 1. The officers will assign respective duties to the Officers, Committee,
Donation Drive committee and monitor the progress and Participants
potential issues that may appear.
2. The officers must reach out to the organization
or party that will benefit from the donation. This
will help in assigning a designated donation
drive coordinator to aid in organizing the details
of the event
3. The officers will prepare an outline of the goals
of the donation drive. This includes the specific
types of donation. In addition, a guideline must
also be made in order for the participants to
know about the do’s and don’ts.

Assembly and 1. The officers will prepare an outline that briefly Officers, Committee,

officers/committee will be needing the
assistance of the Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task
Force for the Management of the Emerging
Infectious Disease (IATF) and the Local
Government Units of Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan.

Evaluation of The students were tasked to do a project proposal Officers, Committee,


Donation Drive and eventually will be evaluated by the persons Students
involved to assess the participants' performance in
order to enhance/improve the following program.
